The no-obligation consultation
Your journey begins with an initial chat – either in our showroom or over the phone. This is our chance to understand your vision for your bathroom. From there, we can arrange a home visit where we can explore your bathroom space in detail and discuss what you're looking for and take the time to listen carefully to your needs, ideas, and budget – ensuring there are no unwelcome surprises later.
The design process
Following our consultation, we translate your ideas into an initial concept using our advanced design software. This first design is just the beginning – we will refine and adjust until it truly reflects your style, practical needs, and budget. Our aim is to create a design that feels personal, inspiring, and achievable.
The site survey
Once you are ready to move forward, we arrange a detailed site survey. At this stage, our project manager and specialist tradespeople carefully assess your bathroom to confirm measurements and requirements. This allows us to schedule work accurately, finalise costs, and agree on every detail of your order. Following the survey, we provide you with a proposed start date and a clear schedule of works.
The installation
On the agreed date, our skilled team begins transforming your bathroom. We remove existing fittings, prepare the area, and carry out any preliminary work required. A dedicated point of contact keeps you informed at every stage, ensuring a smooth, stress-free process. We take pride in working efficiently and respectfully, keeping disruption to a minimum while maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship.
The finishing touches
When your new interior is complete, we walk through the space with you to ensure every detail meets your expectations. Only once you are fully satisfied do we finalise the project. You’ll also receive a care pack with guidance on looking after your new space, along with your 5-Year Insurance-Backed Guarantee.
